Victr helps you log food, training, sleep and weight. This page says what we keep, where, who helps us run it, and what you can ask for.

Who runs Victr

Victr is made by Kompilo (kompilo.dev). For anything about your data, write to hello@kompilo.dev.

What we keep

Your account: e-mail address, and your name and picture if you sign in with Google.

What you enter: profile (age, sex, height, weight, goal, activity), meals and their photos, workouts and sets, sleep, water, supplements and your messages to the coach.

This includes health-related data. You choose what to log, and you can delete it.

Why

To show you your numbers, compute your targets, keep your history and answer your questions. We do not sell your data, show ads or use it for anyone else's marketing.

Where it lives and who helps

Supabase (database, sign-in, photo storage), servers in the EU, Ireland. Only your account can read your rows and your photos.

Vercel runs the app (functions in Dublin, Ireland) and gives us privacy-friendly visit statistics without cookies.

Anthropic, our AI provider (USA), receives the meal text or photo you ask it to read and your coach questions with the history the coach needs, only to return the answer.

Resend sends e-mails such as the weekly summary, if you keep it on. Google is used only if you choose to sign in with Google.

How long

As long as your account exists. When you ask us to delete your account, we delete it and its data within 30 days.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, a correction, or deletion of your account and data at any time: write to hello@kompilo.dev. You can also complain to your data protection authority.

Changes

If this page changes in a way that matters, we tell you in the app or by e-mail first.
